PLANTED BAR COST GUIDELINES

All prices are estimated until we receive all information regarding venue facilities, menu choices and guest numbers. All costs are excluding VAT and delivery costs may be added.

 OPEN BAR - DRINKS THROUGH US

Let us take care of the drinks. The host pays the minimum spend in advance, anything else consumed after the minimum spend has been met will be invoiced after the event. 

The minimum spend can be made up of all drinks throughout the day.

You choose all drinks from our bar menu. We will discuss what drinks you would like to provide to your guests.

BASED ON 100 GUESTS

OPEN BAR - DRINKS PROVIDED BY YOU 

This is the option to choose if you’d like to provide the drinks for the entire day. All drinks will be supplied and delivered to the venue by the host. 

We must provide 2 drinks per head, whether this is fizz as a welcome drink or cocktails after dinner, this is your choice. We do not charge corkage. 

We will discuss what drinks you would like to provide to your guests.

BASED ON 100 GUESTS

MIXED BAR

This option is for events where the host wants to provide their guests with drinks for part of the day, either from our menus or supplied by the host, and switch to a cash bar for the rest of the day. Your guests will pay for their drinks at the point of switching. 

The minimum spend is paid by the host and refunded if it’s met. 

We will discuss what drinks you would like to provide to your guests.

Guests pay for their own drinks for the whole event.
